Terms that keep it simple.

Sites Signal gives subscribers planning-application information organised by council area. You are responsible for deciding whether a lead is suitable and how you contact anyone connected with it.

Patch costs £49 per month, Patch Pro costs £99 per month, and Firm costs £199 per month. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You add a payment method through Stripe when you subscribe. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, Stripe charges the monthly price for your plan.

We may limit a trial to one per customer or payment method. Prices are shown before checkout and may change for future billing periods.

You can cancel anytime through the Stripe billing portal linked from your Account page. Cancellation stops the next renewal. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged for that trial.

Planning information is provided as-is from public council planning registers. We do not guarantee that it is accurate, current, complete, or available at every moment. A council may change, remove, or correct a record. Always check the source record before acting.

You may use your subscription to find and contact prospects for your own trade business. You must follow applicable privacy, marketing, and consumer-protection rules when you contact people.

You must not resell, republish, or share the Sites Signal feed or our organised lead lists as a competing data product. You must not try to bypass access controls or use the service to send spam.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability connected with the service is limited to the fees you paid to Sites Signal in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will deal with disputes.
